Pre-requisite: Anger Mangement Workshop
This course is comprised of a series of 3 sessions of an hour each spaced out fornightly and covers the following topics, not covered in Anger Management I:
Find out how your values can influence the way you see others and the way you react to others. Control your anger by knowing yourself.
Self awareness, Self talk, Habits
Being aware of who you truly are is a huge step towards controlling yourself. Identify self talk and habits that might hold you back from growing and being in control of your reactions.
Exercises to control anger
Practice control. Find alternative ways to control your anger that work for you.
